Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once dispatched.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. No minimum order value is required.

Import Duties & Taxes

Our logistics partner handles customs clearance arrangements. To date, we have not encountered customs duty issues with our shipments. Based on our shipping experience, additional customs charges are not generally expected, but this is not a guarantee that future shipments will be free of duties or taxes.

Shipments may be inspected by customs. If the destination customs authority assesses any import duties or taxes payable by the recipient, the customer is responsible for paying those charges.
