Does VVSICY jewelry pass the diamond tester?

Every moissanite piece we sell is genuine VVS or Premium grade and will pass a diamond tester — no coated glass. Pieces set with cubic zirconia are listed as CZ, and CZ is never described as moissanite.

What is the ice flower cut?

Our proprietary ice flower cut is engineered for maximum light dispersion. More facets, more flash, more ice — built specifically for the hip-hop jewelry look.

What grades do you sell?

VVS and Premium grade only. We do not sell low-grade stones.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our factory warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 days. Estimated delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada is 5–8 days after dispatch. This delivery time does not include the processing period. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Where do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. No minimum order value is required.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

Our logistics partner handles customs clearance arrangements. To date, we have not encountered customs duty issues with our shipments. Based on our shipping experience, additional customs charges are not generally expected, but this is not a guarantee that future shipments will be free of duties or taxes.

Shipments may be inspected by customs. If the destination customs authority assesses any import duties or taxes payable by the recipient, the customer is responsible for paying those charges.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, items must be unworn, in original packaging, and free from defects, damage, alterations, and appearance issues. Proof of purchase is required.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email support@vvsicy.com with your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos of the item. For a product issue, include photos showing the problem so we can assess it. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy and return address.

Who pays for return shipping?

For product quality issues or manufacturing defects confirmed through our assessment, we will arrange payment or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs. Change-of-mind return or exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Items that arrive damaged or do not match the product description should be reported separately from change-of-mind returns. Please email photos and your order number to support@vvsicy.com for assessment.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What if my piece does not pass the diamond tester?

If a moissanite piece does not pass the diamond tester, contact us within 30 days with video proof. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
