You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Change-of-Mind Returns and Exchanges

• Item must be unworn and in original packaging
• Item must be free from defects, damage, alterations, and appearance issues for a change-of-mind return or exchange.
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us by email at support@vvsicy.com
2. Include your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos of the item. For a product issue, include photos showing the problem so we can assess it.
3. Return shipping address:

4. Ship the item back to us

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Pass the Diamond Tester Guarantee

If a moissanite piece does not pass the diamond tester, contact us within 30 days with video proof. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Product Issues and Return Shipping Costs

For product quality issues or manufacturing defects confirmed through our assessment, we will arrange payment or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs. Change-of-mind return or exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Items that arrive damaged or do not match the product description should be reported separately from change-of-mind returns. Please email photos and your order number to support@vvsicy.com for assessment.
